y Prequalifying clients is your best tool while in the field. If you can learn to properly rate and prequalify clients you will save yourself valuable time. If this is done correctly you will be able to set realistic client expectations and have an increased chance of placing submitted cases.

y X-RAE is a system designed to instantly compare underwriting guidelines for your client and determine the best product based upon various underwriting categories. By using X-REA you will see an improvement in your ability to pre-qualify clients. This system will help eliminate unpredicted ratings and declines. To access:

The Forms section of the website is designed to produce forms for any type of Product we offer. To obtain the necessary Forms follow these Steps:

Webinars & Training

Webinars will be held monthly, or at an agency’s request. We value training as it is the key to increased sales and informed product placement. You will be notified of upcoming webinars via email. Once you receive the email follow these steps to attend:

1. Register for the webinar by following the instructions in the email invitation.

2. At the specified webinar start time call the provided number and web address

provided to join in. You will be able to listen and see our training session. Times will be set aside for Q & A for every training session. The training information can be found on our home page by selecting the “Archived Webinar Training” folder under the “What’s New” Section.

3) Complete the required information

Once the information is

completed and submitted you will receive an email

confirmation.

The website has been designed to increase your sales. Once set up, your website will produce leads by sending you an email with client

information every time they quote themselves.

Licensing

To get started writing cases you will first have to submit licensing & contracting paperwork to our licensing department. This will enable you to receive an agent number and begin

submitting cases. Some carriers will require that you submit business along with your contracting to receive an agent number. To get licensing forms simply go to the Licensing section of our website.
