The AT&T Gold Standard for the parameters defined in this document must be used by all nodes of this type. Various Changes

2. AntennaNearUnit iuantDeviceType change value from 1 -> 1,2,17 and change Permission to Local. “Parameter iuantDevice type is changed due to occurrence of antennas in the field with type 17, since we have antennas with different type it is going to be changed to Local.”
3. Update the MOC name for dlMaxNrOfSePerTtiAndCell and ulMaxNrOfSePerTtiAndCell to SystemConstants. This is a cleanup. 4. Remove ReportAmountA3 from ReportConfigEUtraBestCell since it is deprecated. This is a cleanup.

The following parameter value changes are being made to reduce the number of audit mismatches in the network in preparation for MNT assuming eNb
configuration. No formal results are available to justify the changes. Without these changes, a national remediation to be completed by Ericsson before EOY would erase any gains achieved through these adjustments.
