finaL aSSeSSmenT & cerTificaTion

certificates will be awarded to participants who complete no less than five (of six) interactive distance learning sessions, completion of the final assessment to the level of the published passing score of 85%, and completion and receipt by Tpc of your individual Skill Development action plan. certificates will be sent to you within 60 days of receipt of your individual Skill Development action plan.

all registrations are considered complete at the time of payment. You may transfer your booking to another participant no later than 14 days prior to the program start date. no refunds will be given for cancellations for the entire program or part thereof. Should you be unable to attend one or more interactive distance learning session you will forfeit that session/s which may impact receipt of a certificate of completion. all materials will be provided to you upon registration regardless of your attendance at the interactive distance learning sessions and participation in the program.
