Cristian Araya, MBA at Kellogg Northwestern University, has broad knowledge in investment banking. Before joining Tanner, he used to work for Banchile Corredores de Bolsa for two decades, latterly as Chief Investment Officer. In that role he managed the prosperous development of the company and, together with his team, he won the price for equity placements during 2011 awarded by Dealogic. During the years 2001 and 2002 he used to work for Deutsche Bank.

Rodrigo Martin
CEO
Rodrigo Martin has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and a Master in Finance (UAI). His extensive professional experience include 15 years in the financial sector. He was Head Research and Managing Director of Capital Markets in Banchile Inversiones. In the latter position he led his team to achieve Dealogic’s first rank in bond placements during 2011. Previous appointments include several years at Grupo Santander in Argentina and Chile in the risk division and equity research team.
