Project Management
For the mangement of offshore software outsourcing and development projects, we take the following approach (Example: Development of an interface):

Offshore-Model
The team of developers is located in the offshore-country. With this model, the customer accomplishes a cost-saving program development since the
development itself is executed in the development centers Lithuania, Russia or Republic of Belarus
To ensure the necessary

Procedure-Model No. 2 - On-Site /
Offshore-Model
The project managers work on-site, i.e. located at the customer. Possibly,
additional analysts are also working there. The rest of the development team stays in the offshore country. The develpment team on-site is working with the project management, customer needs
management and customer relationship management
A huge amount of the project-work, such as development, systemsupport, testing and support is processed in the offshore country. The offshore projectmanagers serve as multiplicators for the
development team in the offshore country and as a contact for the customer on-site

Procedure-Model No.3 - On-Site-Model
With this model, the development team is located on-site at the customer. This model receives the best communicaton between the customer project team and development team
Cost-savings are made possible through lower hourly wage rates for developers from the offshore locations. In opposition to the other models, costs arise due to the travelling of the development team to the customer
The model is used, once a permanent communication between the customer team and development team is necessary or if the strict security standards of the customer don‘t allow an offshore

Procedure-Model No.4 - Customer
Project Manager Offshore
The offshore-development team stays in the offshore country completely. The project managers of the customer travel into the offshore country and coordinate the development work hand in hand with the offshore managers
Through this model, it is possible for the customer to process a lot of project work in the offshore country and parallely have control the project progress. High cost-savings are accomplished that way
The project managers have to have excellent knowledge about the project subject and be supported by the project team of the customer on-site

Procedure-Model No. 5 – Key
Development
When managing a key-project, e.g. developing a complete software
application, this is the preferred model:
Developers or specialists of our development team and if necessary also the ones of our offshore partners directly support at the project location, e.g. basic support of a SAP system. The developers and specialists therefore travel to the location of the customer project
Savings for the customer result from the lower hourly wage rate and the limited, flexibly adjustable deployment of the offshore developers. The
customer decides the duration of the entire deployment
We do pilot projects for very affordable costs or case-specificly also for free, if
