Note :

1. For the purpose of determination of the L1 bidder, SPP shall consider and evaluate the total the cost of 1) Cost of Equipment/Material under A + 2) Cost towards Installation, Commissioning, Testing & Training under B + 3) Cost for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for 3 years after expiry of warranty period under C.

2. However the final contract / Purchase Order shall be placed for 1) Cost of Equipment/Material under A + 2) Cost towards Installation, Commissioning, Testing & Training under B only.

3. The order for the Comprehensive AMC for 3 years after expiry of warranty period under C, shall be placed after the expiry of the warranty period, if required at the rate quoted in the price in the tender and no change in rates except any statutory charges/ taxes shall be entertained then.
