Position

1. CTO / Head of Engineering Description

The CTO / Head of Engineering will be responsible for:

- Strategic and conceptual product development together with founding team. - Participate in assembling engineering / programming team.

- Evaluate and select appropriate architecture and technologies for various platforms. - Collaborate with VP Product to maintain product roadmap, timeline.

- Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms (including web application frameworks) for delivering the product.

- Establish and supervise the software development process, setting short-term objectives and assessing progress as defined by the selected software development methodology.

- Manage future product development (platforms, expansion, partnerships). Profile and Technical Requirements:

 M.Sc. or higher in computer science.

 Extensive web programming experience.

 Extensive product development experience.

 Knowledge and experience in Facebook environment preferred.

 Knowledge and experience with mobile and tablet environments preferred.

 Previous experience in building large consumer facing products.

 Experience with news or social media projects will be considered an advantage.

 Experience with strategic partnerships and product integration with third party sites an advantage.

2. VP Product Development / Product Manager – the position is a member of the founding team. Description

The VP Product Development will be responsible for:

- Strategic and conceptual product development together with founding team. - Involvement in assembling design and engineering team.

- Alignment of product specification / functionality to go-to-market and distribution strategies. - Evaluate and select appropriate architecture and technologies for each distribution platform. - Manage and oversee production process, engineering team.

- Collaborating on

o Defining and implementing product roadmap o Consumer marketing plan

o IP strategy/ assist in OCS process o Marketing strategy development o Focus groups and user surveys

- Developing and supervising QA / testing program.

- Managing future product development (platforms, expansion, partnerships). Profile and Technical Requirements:

 Appropriate educational background (preferred minimum B.Sc. in computer science, MBA).

 At least 3 years in leading product development positions.

 Previous experience in building large consumer facing products.

 Strong UX orientation.

 Proven experience in developing interactive user platforms.

 Experience with news or social media projects will be considered an advantage.  Experience with strategic partnerships and product integration with third party sites an

 English fluency required.

Job Description

The Product Manager is responsible for product definition and planning according to customer’s needs and requirements. This includes the product detailed definition,

managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and manage the User Experience definition and implementation phase up to delivering a winning product.
