operated subsidiary, CFASS maintains complete client
confidentiality, including within Christie’s Group. From a
single painting to a large collection, CFASS manages every
storage detail with discretion and expertise.
STATE-OF-THE-ART FACILITIES
Located in the borough of Brooklyn overlooking downtown Manhattan, CFASS New York is easily accessible and has secure on-site parking. The stand-alone high-security building offers the following state-of-the-art features:

• Simultaneous remote monitoring by two independent security centers
• Individual Custom storage rooms ranging from 100 –15,000 square feet with 10' high double doors
• Private viewing galleries flooded with natural light

CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY
CFASS New York employs the latest in technology linked to our security center to ensure unsurpassed levels of safety and care for all holdings, including:
• Biometric readers, electronic locks, motion detectors, infrared video cameras and motion-activated monitors
• Gas and particulate matter air filtration along with humidity and temperature control systems which meet or exceed the American Association of Museums’ strict environmental standards
• Dry-pipe fire suppression with localized area response
• An extensive network of smoke detectors, heat sensors and water detection sensors
• Integrated physical and electronic surveillance systems
PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED STAFF
All CFASS staff are carefully selected and their background thoroughly investigated. Each staff member receives specialized training across all disciplines from Christie’s auction house, whose internationally-celebrated heritage includes handling art for over 200 years. CFASS staff applies this hallmark expertise to the unique demands of handling fine art, antiques and collectibles at CFASS and will advise on optimum storage conditions for all varieties of media.
INDIVIDUAL UNITS
CFASS provides clients with the convenience of individual units for the storage of their fine art and collectibles. This unit becomes the client’s private warehouse within the confines of CFASS, benefiting from our state-of-the-art facility and bespoke service. STANDARD ROOM SIZES
• Half: 100 sq. ft.
• Single: 200 sq. ft.
• Double: 400 sq. ft.
• Triple: 600 sq. ft.
Larger custom sizes are also available.
MANAGED STORAGE
Managed storage is for clients who prefer to have CFASS store their property in the CFASS managed warehouse instead of using their own individual unit. In managed storage, each item is received, inspected, photographed, barcoded, and secured into the managed warehouse by CFASS staff. Clients of the managed storage service may access images and details of their stored property on-line. Access to the managed warehouse is limited to CFASS staff who will arrange viewings on site for clients on request.
MANAGED UNITS
Managed units combine the privacy of an exclusive unit with the practicality of managed storage wherein CFASS will document and manage your items within your own private unit.
BESPOKE SERVICE
Complimentary services exclusively for CFASS clients
• PROPERTY RECEIPT: Upon your instruction, CFASS will receive, inspect and deliver property to your storage unit or keep it in our holding vault pending your arrival
• VIEWS AND INSTALLATION: On request, CFASS will prepare your property for formal viewing in one of our galleries
• SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS: CFASS will work with your preferred shipper to arrange for the preparation and release of your property
• WEB ACCESS: All storage rooms and viewing galleries have unlimited web access
• ON-LINE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: A secure CFASS website allows clients to view and settle accounts, reserve rooms and, when utilizing the managed storage option, view inventory images and details online

Additional services available to all CFASS clients
• SUBSIDIZED ART TRANSPORT BETWEEN CFASS AND ANY MANHATTAN LOCATION: Weekly transfers available for all CFASS clients at a substantially reduced rate
• FINE ART INSURANCE: CFASS will assist you in securing insurance at a favorable rate for your property stored on our premises
• LOAN COLLATERAL MANAGEMENT SERVICE: CFASS will work closely with clients and their lenders to manage collections used for loan collateral. An exclusive “art collateral” management system allows clients access and use of their property within CFASS while it is used as collateral.

CFASS London offers clients several unique benefits:
• Our Bonded Warehouse Facility allows clients to store property in bond, under ‘exempted status’ without incurring import duties or VAT. All duty and VAT is deferred indefinitely until such time as the property leaves our care and enters free circulation or is exported outside of the UK.

• CFASS London is listed as a preferred storage facility by major insurance companies
Singapore Freeport: Opening January 2010
CFASS Singapore is located in the Singapore Freeport, the only Freeport in Asia. The Singapore Freeport is modeled on the Swiss Freeports and operates an around-the-clock free trade zone. CFASS Singapore benefits include:
• No local tax on any transactions which take place within the Freeport
• Simplified customs procedures preserving confidentiality for clients
• No bond securities required for the import of property
• Direct access for property and clients from airplanes; no passport stamp or entry visa required
• Wine storage available. The wine vaults are maintained at 13°C (55°F) or 10°C (50°F) and 60% humidity, as per the client’s direction.
