Dear Lifer,

Can you believe there are only 11 weeks left in 2011? The third quarter of the year

has come to a close.

One of the best ways we can honor God in the last quarter of the year is with our

personal finances. Here are eight ways you can thrive in your personal finances the

rest of the year.

1. Do NOT go into debt for Christmas. Make a year-end plan today that will save

you from spending yourself into debt.

2. Pay something off today. Make a payment on a credit card or bill that will pay it

off or put a dent into the lump sum.

3. Give an extra big tip to your next waitress/waiter.

4. Spend a few minutes after you've read this letter to ask God to give you direction

on who needs a blessing in their life and how you can bless them.

5. Do a Craigslist.com Saturday - pick a Saturday and put as much of your stuff on

Craigslist. The average American household has $2200 worth of extra household

items.

6. Automate some savings. Go into your online banking and set-up an automatic

withdrawal of a percentage of your income to your savings account.

7. Stop right now and name 5 things you are thankful that God has provided for

you and your family.

8. Ask God how he wants you to be obedient in your generosity through the end

of the year.

I've also included a statement that lists all of your financial contributions to Life

Church through the third quarter of the year.

The attached giving statement has all of your financial donations listed through

the third quarter of this year. You'll get a statement for tax purposes at the end of

the year, but I wanted to thank you for your generosity. Because of your generosity,

you are helping lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

Just take

a look at some of the amazing things that have happened this year:

(2)

We’ve given away over $30,000 to missions locally, regionally and

internationally

Every weekend, an average of 70 plus children are hearing about God’s love

and grace

50 people have gone public with their faith in Christ through baptism

I want you to remember that when you give, everything goes to fund a ministry

that ultimately helps change lives. Thank you for being a part of the Life Church

family and helping us accomplish the vision God has given us.

Your Pastor,

Patrick Moore

Most people do not carry “real” money because we use our debit cards and online

banking to pay bills and everyday items. As a result, Life Church Franklin has a

BRAND NEW

online giving option that will make life a little easier for you.

It’s quick, safe, and easy! It takes

60 seconds

to setup your account for a one time or

reoccurring gift. We call it “Automate The Important.”

Some of the benefits include:

Digital giving helps you become a disciplined giver. In 1 Corinthians 8-9, Paul

challenged the Corinthian believers to give intentionally, deliberately, and at a

pre-determined time.

Digital giving helps you be intentional and consistent with your generosity.

• You can give 24/7, not just during church services. Have more opportunities to

contribute to the mission and vision of our church and give when your are sick

or out of town.
