“Plug and work” : so easy to implement

AIDIAG automatically uploads the binary code from the PLC CPU, and gets the I/O lists, their labels and comments, the addresses areas of configured bits and internal words ;

All the available objects are automatically displayed for user’s choice through the “AIDIAG OPC Server” browser ;

AIDIAG automatically detects any change in the I/O

configuration;

The “AIDIAG OPC Server” -- PC based -- detects AIDIAG modules, and stores their network addresses.

AIDIAG detects and dates any PLC variables evolution :

Digital and analog I/O : on BUS X, FIP, AS-i, Interbus and Profibus,

Internal bits and words (%M, %MW, %S, %SW).

Resolution : as the same rate of the PLC tasks for I/O survey

(for example : 3 milli-seconds resolution for I/O in a 3 ms fast task !)

Total transparency :

no declaration into the PL7-Pro configuration,

no modification into the PL7-Pro application,

no impact on the PLC : neither CPU cycle time nor memory.
