This notice is being sent to advise FairPoint Wholesale Customers of the

updated FairPoint OSS Test Plan Testing Schedule.

• Description of Changes:

Phase III OSS Test Plan Schedule

FairPoint is extending the current Phase of GUI and eBonded testing through

December 5, 2008. If your company is interested in testing please send a request

to [email protected].

We are providing additional testing windows as follows: 11AM to 2PM and 3PM to

6PM daily. The additional days being added to the schedule are Monday November
