SAMPLES

Following are the samples that are mentioned in the sample programming sheet:

Proto sample : This is applicable for the styles which are made without any prior samples presented to buyer. This sample is sent to confirm the styling and stitching procedure. In most case the samples is sent before salesman sample and order confirmation.

Fit approval sample : Once the Proto is approved, the buyer shall be provided with Fit Approval Sample. This sample is made from actual fabric mentioned in Tech-pack, but could be in any color and available trims.

Size Set Sample : Once the Fit sample is approved, Size set sample is sent to visualize the grading between sizes, as required by the customer. For some

buyers, the Size Set will be reviewed after Pre-production sample approval by their nominated agents.

GPT Sample (Garment Performance Test) : These are made from the bulk fabric/trims, and sent for approval to the third party (Bureau Veritas,

Bangalore).

Pre Production Sample : On approval of the Fit Sample or Size Set Sample, Pre-production samples are sent to customers, which is actual in all aspects of bulk fabric, trims, folding and packing. After receiving the comments, two samples are sent to production through PPC for production and follow up.
