Temporary daycare facilities from Cramo are stable, quiet and just as comfortable as any permanent premises. We have put a great deal of effort into the work environment in the form of heating, ventilation and not least the light in the modular premises.

The modules are produced and adapted to particular needs, both the common playing and work areas and the individual spaces such as nursery rooms, personnel room and res-ting/relaxation room. The entrance spaces are adapted to the needs of babies, and child safety is well provided for, through things like low-temperature radiators.

cramo offers the standardised module named “Flexihut” which fits most trucks so is easy to transport. with its structure of 4 structural steel elements, all walls can be removed, thus creating various interior plans. the area of use is wide, from office space and project offices to schools and daycare. the Flexihut can be stacked in 3 storeys.

9-series

this modular system is a cost-efficient solution for offices, schools and daycare. the modules exist in different types, all with the dimensions 9x3 m, and are easily assembled on a prepared hard surface. the rental period varies between 1-3 years but is nontheless suitable for longer periods. the system has been designed to withstand the harsh Finnish weather, as today Finland is the main market for this system.

s-type

the s-type is cramo’s standard module, used mainly for la-bour units. the dimensions are 8.4 x 2.9 metres and can be combined and adapted for various purposes and take into consideration capacity needs. the s-type exists in different solutions for clothes-changing, kitchenette, shower and wc facilities. cramo’s s-type system is manufactured with high quality with a steel frame, eye bolts and forklift pockets. dimensions: 8400 x 2900 mm

c40

the dividing line between permanent and portable is not al-ways crystal clear. our c40 modules are specially designed for tenants with relatively long rental periods. insulation, venti-lation, windows and doors are of high permanent standards which makes the system highly suitable for offices, health-care, schools and daycare. the c40 series can be used to cre-ate multi-storey buildings.

With CMS, Cramo’s own modular configurator, you can experiment and build your own modular bulding. For example you can build your own daycare facilities or an office for 50 employees with open settings or individual offices. Schools are just as easy to build with classrooms, group rooms and dining areas.

CMS is a web-based simulation programme in both 2D and 3D which enables you to work with the modules to create drawings in both one or two storeys. It’s possible to modify walls, windows and doors in order to get your perfect space solution. There are also ready-made drawings you can use.

When you have a drawing that corresponds to your space needs, you can get a feel what it would look like with furniture. Finally you can take a 3D look at what it would look like both from the inside and outside. You can save your drawings and projects in the programme and there is a contact function with Cramo where you can attach the drawing to your query.

Even if computer-aided design (CAD) is not your area of expertise you will find CMS a very simple, useful tool when you plan your space needs.
