You work at University of Southern Nowhere and are the program director of the B.S. in General Business program. B.S. General Business Program Outcomes: 1. The student will demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills by (1) composing a professional quality business document, (2) preparing and delivering a professional presentation on a business topic, and (3) creating scholarly papers in business topics.
2. The student will demonstrate knowledge of fundamental information technology tools and concepts.

COURSE: BUSI 3500 Organizational Management and Behavior
Three of the objectives for this course are as follows. At the end of this class students will:
