Troubleshooting:

The Cartography Toolbar is inactive on the Webi Toolbar:

 Double-check that the logged in BOE is a BI*Where Advanced User in the Admin application

The Cartography Toolbar is not showing on the Webi Toolbar:

 Double-check that the Webi report has been initially saved & then open in either Reading or Design mode

When launching the Map Document button there are no Data Providers available for

selection:

 Double check that a BO Universe/Geographic Dimension (Ex. State Postal Code) is:

 Used in the Query that populates the Webi Report – and –

 Included in a BI-GIS join

I have selected the Data Providers and Cartographic Layout in the Map Document

window, but when I refresh I don’t see any maps:

 Double-check that the Webi Free Standing Cells have been added to the Webi Report & that the parameters for BI*Where Mini-Map and Interactive Map are correct
