REFUND POLICY
Due to team registration entry fees being based on the number of
pre-registered teams, pre-scheduled facility's, pre-scheduled courts, prescheduled tournament directors and pre-scheduled officials. There will be no refunds given for any circumstances.
TEAM REGISTRATION
Teams will be placed on the tournament schedule after the team entry fee is received and funds have cleared.
WAITLIST INFORMATION
If your team is waitlisted on a tournament date you registered for, you will be notified by email if a spot becomes available. Online registrations will need to log into their online account and pay the highlighted tournament fee as soon as you
are notified. Mail in registrations need to mail a check as soon as you are notified (you will not be placed on the tournament schedule until funds have cleared).
12U Division
12U Division Tournaments will be held at Shasta College. 12U Division Tournaments will start at 10:00am Coaches meeting at 9:30 A.M 14U Division
We will be using a divisional format for the 2020 season. The first tournament on February 1st will be a Qualifying Tournament and the remaining
tournaments will be League Tournaments.
Teams that finish in the Gold Bracket from the February 1st Qualifier
Tournament at Foothill High School will be placed in the Gold Division on the first League Tournament on February16th at Red Bluff High School.
Teams that finished in the Silver Bracket at the Qualifier Tournament will be placed in the Silver Division on the first League Tournament on February16th at Red Bluff High School.
Teams that finished in the top 4 positions from the Silver Division League Tournament on February 16th will move up to the Gold Division and the teams that finished in the Bottom 4 positions from the Gold Division League Tournament on February 16th will move down from the Gold Division to the Silver Division.
If a team does not play in all the League Tournaments or misses a Gold Division Tournament, that team will move down to the Silver Division on the next League Tournament.
16U Division

This event is licensed by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U. S., Inc. All
participants must have a current AAU membership. AAU membership may not be included as part of the entry fee to the event. AAU Youth Athlete
membership must be obtained before the competition begins except where the event operator has a laptop available with an internet connection. Be Prepared: Adult and Non-Athlete memberships are no longer instant and cannot be applied for at event. Please allow 10 days for membership to be processed. Participants are encouraged to visit the AAU web site at www.aausports.org to obtain membership.
Online registrations will need to input their roster with their club, director, coach, and player AAU numbers on the roster page. You will enter your Roster after you have registered your Team. An "Order Confirmation" page will display after you have registered your Team. When the "Order Confirmation" page displays, you can click your Team Name link under the "Manage
Rosters" menu at the top of the page to enter your Roster and AAU information.
If you mailed your club registration in, email your roster to
quijotesports@hotmail.com list your club, club director, coach and player AAU numbers on the roster and email one week prior to your registered tournament date.
Teams will not be placed on the final tournament schedule without submitting a roster with all requested AAU information
All teams will submit a roster with requested AAU information to the court official every tournament date entered.

Registered teams will be posted by tournament date on the Tournament Details page on Wednesday by 8:00P.M. Please check on Wednesday if you have a team registration to make sure your team is listed. If your team is not
listed or you are unable to attend your scheduled tournament, please email quijotesports@hotmail.com as soon as possible so we can add or drop your team and take a team off the waiting list. If there are multiple tournament locations on the same tournament date for the same division, we will try to post team locations by Monday or as soon as possible on the Tournament Details Page.
Please check the website before leaving for tournaments in case of any
lastminute changes. Tournament dates or location changes will be emailed to you and posted on the website Tournament Schedule Tab in red highlight as soon as the change is made.
Official/Scorekeeper Information
Officials and scorekeepers are provided on all courts. Occasionally there may be the need for coaches to officiate or players to score keep. Please have head coach carry a whistle just in case.
