Disconnected old washing machine and connected a
new one
Joe was on time, disconnected and connected my washing machines quicker than I had expected (I was quoted an hour by another plumber) and found no issues, that stopped the original plumbers from installing my machine. Joe also pointed our that my boiler pressure was low, brought it back up to the optimum and showed me how to adjust it myself. I appreciated Joe pointing this out to me and I would happily call on Joe from Frank and Sons again.

New boiler and RCD installed.
I had an old boiler taken out of the bathroom, new Vaillaint put in the kitchen and a new fuse box installed. It seemed like a big job to me but the guys charged a fair price and were friendly, honest, reliable and worked incredibly hard to get the job done with as little inconvenience as possible. Even when the old flat threw some problems at them they spent the extra time making sure it all worked smoothly. I'll be using them in the future for any other improvements and I'll be passing their number on to friends.
