BIM technology applications of the Project usethe engineering as the carrier, and the engineering uses BIM as the platform.Provide visualization technological guidance and construction progress simulations with data information for the engineering; meanwhile, update BIM database with real-time feedback information from construction site.Since commencement of the Project, 8 construction period risks occurred and have been promptly fed back and eliminated.

Adopt an integration technology of highly efficient, accurate and modular BIM assembly construction which is independently developed by the Company – for fire pump room.Compared to traditional methods, the cost spent on site workers is reduced by 50%, assembly cycles are shortened, high-altitude operations are reduced by95%, welding operations are reduced by 90% and light and gas pollutions are reduced by 95%.

Adopt concrete drilling robot, rubber-plastic insulation board cutting robot and portable pipe welding robot – which are independently researched and developed by the Company – for the Project; workers are reduced for electromechanical installations; assembly cycles are shortened; efficiencies of various processes at construction site are increased by over 50% after above robots are used.

Construction areas along ring road of the Project are narrow; max distance between enclosure and foundation pit edge is 6 m and minimum distance is only 1 m, which makes constructionsdifficult.Adopt the innovative concept of assembly integration for the Project; design with BIM technology; optimize comprehensive layout of pipe galleries; simulate constructions with BIM technology; develop construction technology for “comprehensive pipe galleries and pedestrian path structures over crown beams”; solve issues about narrow construction areas; provide a ring road; improve image of construction site.Guarantee the ring road; largely improve civilized construction image; provide reference for projects with narrow construction areas.

Combine “China Eighth Engineering Bureau QR code cloud calculation platform” and “BIM-based entire lifecycle construction information management system” independently researched and developed by the Company with AR augmented reality; expand scope of QR code application; innovatively propose application of QR code carrying 3D BIM model information on basis of AI vision and AR technology; realize information tracking during entire process and through “one QR code recognition”; promote quick constructions at construction site.

The integrated drawing visualizationtechnology adopted for the Project is a characteristic technology developed by integrating innovative technologies, including “drawing-mode integration” and “smart atlas”.The technology is based on AI touch technology;3D BIM models and their information can be called by short touching terminal screen; drawing-model integration, green construction, one drawing for entire construction process and one time completion are realized; BIM is returned to its origin; an accessible 3D visualization construction guidance and technical disclosure platform is established for all staff at construction site.

For the technology, 1 national invention patent was granted; 1 international leading technology was identified; a paper about the Technology was published in the journal of “Construction Technology”; many interview and reports were released by different

medias; the National Award for Excellent Technological Innovations of Staff and Workers was issued by All-China

Federation of Trade Unions, and the Award Certificate was granted in the Great Hall of the People.
