This page contains a similar layout to our main website homepage which is designed to ensure ease of navigation, however our new advisor homepage also contains some added features.

CLIENT DASHBOARD

KEY FEATURES

Contains key overview data on all new bonds in which you have clients, upcoming maturities and previously maturing bonds.

This provides you with a full business planning tool. By clicking the ‘View’ button for any bond, you will be able to access a more detailed view on your overall totals within that bond and your individual clients who are investing in the bond.

KEY FEATURES

Provides details on a bond by bond basis of the number of clients you have investing and includes bookings, part processed cases and completed investments.

This tool will help ensure all clients (both new business and reinvestments) are completed before the closing dates. By clicking the ‘View’ button for any bond, you can access a more detailed view on your overall totals within that particular bond and also identify the individual clients and the current status of their application.

Summary view means you can quickly identify the total bookings per bond and the total funds received.

KEY FEATURES

Provides full details on upcoming maturities, which allows for forward business planning and client meetings.

It reflects bonds in which you have maturing clients to ensure the information is specific and relevant to you.

Clicking ‘View’ will bring you to a more detailed breakdown of your clients who are maturing in the bond.

Provides access to all matured bonds in which you have had clients maturing.

Summary view shows number of matured clients, total maturity value and the total not allocated- which is a new business opportunity for you.

By clicking ‘View’ it will allow you to access the same level of maturity information as you would see in the Maturing Bonds section.

Clicking into a specific account will allow you to: View even more details on individual clients’ investments.

View a section indicating whether the investment is ‘broker complete’ or if further action is required. View notes on whether there are outstanding items. Use an ‘advisor notes’ feature, allowing you to add in notes to each individual investment which only you can view.

Depending on your chosen search method the system will identify the relevant matches and you can click on full details to enter into the client account.
