Exhibitors may not bring food into the exhibit hall or the convention center

• Exhibitors are permitted to photograph or produce audio/video of their own booth displays and/or
products.
• Exhibitors are prohibited from photographing and producing audio/video of other displays, products,
or materials.
• Conference sessions may not be photographed or audio/video recorded.

• All exhibits must conform to and enhance the professional and educational atmosphere of the meeting.
• Maximum height for Exhibition booths is 8’.
