The Precision Group is a global provider of component cleaning and refurbishment using technically advanced processes. Over the last 15 years we have increased our customer base by delivering customised cleaning services and providing our customers with significant cost savings by maximising the efficiency and life of parts.
Taking account of construction materials used and the specific containments present, our chemists design specific processes to ensure that all parts are effectively restored.
We use a range of cleaning procedures including: chemical cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, solvent cleaning, pyrolysis, water washing and high temperature oxidation using molten salts.
Our advanced cleaning processes and technical capabilities allow us to effectively remove contaminants such as polymers, oils, solvents, catalysts, fillers, additives and other process foulants.

Filter Refurbishment
The Precision Group is a worldwide leader in filter refurbishment and we develop bespoke processes to ensure all types of filters and filter housings are cleaned to an ‘as new’ condition - free from all
contamination.
To ensure the quality of the process, all filters are benchmarked against manufacturers’ standards using a range of industry accepted tests, including – bubble point test, flow test, DP test, weight check, visual inspection, bright light / UV inspection. Offering a complete service – from the collection and return of filters including disassembly and reassembly - the Precision Group is capable of cleaning all filter types up
