1.0 ABOUT PGM

We’re a small and adaptive team of digital strategists,

designers and developers. Through technology and

ingenuity, we create innovative user experiences across

the web.

PGM is a full service digital agency that specializes in website design and development, creative services, search engine optimization, social media marketing and pay-per-click advertising.

We work as strategic partners with some of the largest and fastest growing

our time -- climate change, gun control, nuclear disarmament, immigration and more. Our passion for progress is what leads us to innovate and push the digital envelop forward.

PGM’s founding partners, James C. Palmer and Scott W. Palmer, are twin brothers with over ten years of digital experience.

Starting out on unique paths in political campaigning and consumer retail, the two combined their expertise to form an agency that caters to the adaptive and fast paced needs of today’s work environment. There’s no red tape or unruly corporate bureaucracy at PGM. Instead, we focus on building

Phase 1: Discover

During phase 1, PGM collects all available data to better understand our client’s digital presence and user base. This information is then compiled into a project life story board, which maps out milestones, delivery dates, user stories and other information to set the stage for a successful project. - Project life cycle story board

PGM uses insights and user stories from the discover phase to inform and guide the project during implementation. This ensures that both the client’s needs -- and the needs of their users -- are being met. When we design, we we develop, we use cutting edge technology to ensure our client’s needs are sustainable in the long run.

SumOfUs

SumOfUs is a new worldwide organization with a mission to hold corporations accountable for their actions.

PGM advises SumOfUs on innovative technological solutions to meet the demands of its fast-paced campaign cycles and rapidly growing constituent

Google Quit The Chamber

Google Quit The Chamber is an innovative campaign launched by SumOfUS.

PGM built GQTC from the ground up using HTML5, CSS3 and AJAX. We focused heavily on UI/UX to ensure each visitor’s experience was both engaging and informative. The campaign and application were a huge success. After only two weeks, GQTC was featured in major news outlets across the country and collected over 200k signatures and over 790k votes.

Citizens Engagement Lab

Climate Silence was a campaign that focused on visualizing the slow descent of climate-related discussion during the years leading up to the 2012

presidential election.

PGM worked with Citizens Engagement Lab to articulate their vision for Climate Silence into an actionable digital strategy. We then helped develop campaign branding, social outreach materials and built a cutting-edge website using HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery. The website featured an interactive timeline where users could explore the candidates’ discussions around climate-related issues and share their favorite quotes on social media.

MoveOn.org

With over 7 million members and a mission to bring Americans back into the political process, MoveOn.org’s digital organizing tools are crucial to their operations.

PGM worked with MoveOn.org to rethink, redesign and streamline an outdated call tool. Our goal was to open the tool up to a wider audience,

mobile-friendly user experience. Today, thousands of MoveOn.org members use the improved call tool to organize across the country.

Roca, Inc.

Roca’s mission is to help disengaged and disenfranchised young people move out of violence and poverty.

PGM worked with Roca to plan its annual fundraising event, which hosts

Our Blue Media

Our Blue Media is a donation platform that connects consumers to progressive media providers.

PGM built OBM’s platform from the ground up -- starting with strategic branding, product ideation, design and development. OBM is scheduled to launch June 2013.

Friends of the Earth

Friends of the Earth is an international network of environmental

organizations representing more than two million activists in 76 countries.

PGM designed and developed an interactive web application that calculates

to mobile devices. Included in the app is a highly accessible form for user acquisition as well as social buttons to help improve sharing.

Why Courts Matter

Why Courts Matter is an issue-based campaign launched by the Center for American Progress. The campaign focuses on educating and mobilizing the public around upcoming judicial nominations.

PGM provided design, development and strategy services to create an

interactive website that informs and engages visitors about the United States court system. The website features multiple applications that allow users to take-action within their state.

Out2Enroll

Out2Enroll is a collaborative effort by the Sellers Dorsey Foundation, the Center for American Progress and the Federal Agencies Project, which aims to educate the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community about their options under the Affordable Care Act.

PGM provided branding, design, development and strategy services.

Out2Enroll’s website serves not only as an educational resource for the LGBT community but also an action resource where users can take action on state-specific healthcare regulation issues.
