V. RESEARCH INSTRUMENT

The researchers formulated self)made #uestionnaire with ten (&" #uestions focusing on the customer profile, body massage and spa and other related #uestions. The

#uestionnaire was validated by the feasibility adviser before the final distribution of the

same to the respondents.

The total population and age grouping of Taguig $ity were obtained from the

• The researchers used the age bracket of 2 to - as the target market of the

researchers.

The researchers obtained '?? respondents using the 5lovinFs formula from the

tallied, maority of the respondents are female respondents between ages 2)- years old.

The results further showed that most of the respondents are employed with the monthly income of +&&, . ) +2-,???..

8esults likewise showed that maority of the respondents go to body massage and spa center and the factors that attracts them in availing it is service. 1lso, the respondents

in choosing a body massage and spa services preferred to pay a fee ranging from
