Abstract
Organizations in using the maximum capabilities of employees increased attention. But it should be noted that the staff does its utmost to obtain the goals are not working. One of the main reasons for this is lack of commitment. If an employee is not committed to their organization, for his success or lack of success is not much different. In this approach, organizations will have huge costs. For most organizations costs related to staff costs and if these costs do not have the required efficiency, the failure of an organization will be inevitable. In the 1970s, attempts to explain the success of Japanese business by authors such as Ouchi (1981) and Pascal and Athos (1981) took place which ultimately led to the theory that the best way to manage this is motivation. Their full commitment to the organization and its policies through leadership and enthusiasm to grab it.
This process can be approach (hearts and minds) called motivation, and this approach was famous among other things tools such as quality circles. This cane to Peters and Waterman (1982) and imitators inherited them in 1980. This approach to excellence by professors Peters and Austin (1985) concluded.
When they again somewhat idealistic wrote: "Trust staff have to treat them as adults."
Key word: Organizations, strategies, staff, motivation.

Validity and reliability of questionnaires
Questionnaires used in the study was designed and its validity in this study by researcher also utilizes the supervisors' and some experts on the topic in the form of a formal study was approved. To test the reliability of the questionnaire, 20 questionnaires distributed and collected samples using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated reliability, which results in the tables below:
In this section, the data collected from participants, analysis of elderly. Data analysis, multi-stage process in which the data collected through the use of instruments in the sample provides a summary, Coding, Classification and eventually flows back to background processing Contact of these data to test hypotheses and Artbat¬Ha provided
A total of 172 questionnaires were distributed among the customers in order to collect data, of which 164 were usable questionnaires were used for statistical analysis. Select statistical tests were used for statistical data analysis in consultation with experts. Using the techniques of descriptive statistics, tables and to describe the data and provide meaningful information and then to verify the assumptions of the statistical tests used.
Analysis of the hypotheses
In this research will be to test hypotheses. According to the results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test of normal distribution of data, to evaluate the effect of customer desire for mobile commerce sample t-test and Friedman test used for ranking these factors.
The main hypothesis: factors affecting consumer desire acceptance of mobile commerce has asignificant impact.
-64/9 percent of the respondents were male -35/1 percent of respondents were women.
