Nortek Air Solutions

offers both cus-tom and packaged air handlers optimized for the demanding environments of data centers. For more than 30 years our cus-tom and packaged air handling systems have set the bar for innovation, custom flexibility and quality in mission critical facilities. Just as no two data centers are the same, each air handling system is de-signed to meet specific efficiency, filtration, air flow capacity and unit configuration requirements.

Our computer room air handlers

take advantage of air or water-side economizers or adiabatic cooling options to optimize efficiency. These units are available in larger air flow volumes of 50kw CFM and higher. For N+1 redundancy these units are available with our patented FANWALL TECHNOLOGY® which provides the even

airflow distribution required for data center and cleanroom environments. Other benefits include a compact footprint, redundancy, and easy serviceability.

MODULAR DATA CENTERS

These all-inclusive modules

incorporate a cooling system, server racks, lighting and power wiring. With process air cooling of up to 20kW per rack, this high density solution uses in-row and/or rear door cooling. This system provides the ultimate in scalability and compact configuration to deploy the module where and when you need it. Once these all-inclusive modules arrive on the jobsite, they can be rapidly deployed to meet fast track schedules.

FREE COOLING

Free Cooling

offers some of the biggest savings for data center cooling systems by using the natural evaporative effect of cool outdoor air instead of mechanical cooling. Nortek Air Solutions brands offer several types of free cooling alternatives including indirect evaporative cooling units (IDEC), air side economizers and water side economizers. Our free cooling solutions include advanced controls, humidification management and filtration options to take the best advantage of free cooling opportunities. Nortek Air Solutions has the application and manufacturing expertise to help you optimize your operating cost savings.

LEADING EDGE

TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION

RETROFIT & UPGRADE SOLUTIONS

Solutions for renovation, expansions and upgrades

are a specialty of Nortek Air Solutions brands. The compact unit footprints, custom configura-tions, knockdown options and modular construction possible with our systems can help reduce installation and replacement costs where access or space is limited. And that can result in more white space in a data center. In addition, the energy efficiency of our systems will help you reduce the operating costs compared to outdated, inefficient equipment.
