3 Phased Rip and Replace solution to their SUN and IBM infrastructure

/ Phase 1 – replacing 9985 system / Phase 2 – replace their 6540 and

4800 / Phase 3 – Migrate 7 mode to CDOT. Last stage will be the DR

and BC strategy

Replacement of over 28 controllers and 120 shelves in 9 states and

Mexico / Migrations going on at the same time in 4 separate states / 280TB

of data was migrated and 80% of that was moved on live systems during

production hours with no downtime because of the volume moves

Provide NetApp equipment and resources to help CUNY with critical

Blackboard application storage and performances issue in 2010. As a

result CUNY went from having no NetApp storage to ~1PB of NetApp

storage today

Provided onsite technical support for their Data Center move. NetApp disk

shelf was dropped and damaged by the shipper during the move. WebHouse

was able to provide a new disk shelf enclosure and save enough disk to
