1. Mobile Banking using the People’s Choice iPhone and Android Apps.

The internet banking functionality of the iPhone and Android Apps is only available to People’s Choice Credit Union members. The Android App is available from the Google Play Store and the iPhone App from the App Store on your smartphone, simply search for People’s Choice Credit Union. You can also download the App from our website http://www.peopleschoicecu.com.au/support/mobile-apps/. If you are registered for Internet Banking you will automatically be registered for Mobile Banking.

Using the People’s Choice App you can: • Locate the nearest branch or ATM • Contact us

• Access our website

• Login to our secure banking site to : • Check your account balances • View your transaction history • Perform financial transfers • Pay a bill using BPAY®

2. The home screen.

The home screen is the first screen that displays after opening the App. By default, the screen allows easy access to your accounts; BPAY and ‘Pay Anyone’ by simply tapping the required function and entering your four digit security PIN (refer to Section 4 - Registering a four digit security PIN) or using Touch ID authentication (refer to Section 5 - Enabling/disabling Touch ID).

The home screen provides the ability to access our website, locate our branches and ATMs and to Contact Us by tapping the appropriate icon on the screen.

To access additional functionality tap on the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner or slide the home screen to the right and select the required function from the available list.

3. Locating your nearest Branch or ATM and Contact Us.

To locate your nearest ATM, select the button with the ATM icon on the home screen. To locate the nearest branch, select the button with the branch on the home screen.

You can also use the ‘Locate Us’ function by tapping on the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner of any screen and selecting ‘Locate Us’.

To Contact Us, tap on the envelope or phone handset icon from the home screen, or select ‘Call Us’ or ‘Contact Us’ from the hamburger menu in the top left corner of the home screen.

To view the details of a branch, select the green branch icon on the map. Similarly, to view the details of an ATM, select the red ATM icon on the map

4. Registering a four digit security PIN.

When you first log in using your People’s Choice App, you will be prompted to register a four digit security PIN. You will be required to enter your Member number, Internet Banking password and Device name and a new four digit security PIN. If the details are valid you will be required to accept the Terms and Conditions to complete the registration process.

If you have forgotten your Internet Banking password, click on the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link at the bottom of the screen, you will be directed to the People’s Choice Internet Banking Password Reset website page. Follow the on screen instructions to reset your Internet Banking password. Once you have successfully reset your Internet Banking password you can continue to register your four digit security PIN.

Subsequent log ins using your registered device will only require entering the four digit security PIN, or if you are using an iPhone and have opted to use Touch ID use your fingerprint to authenticate. If you would like to register a different membership you can do this by tapping the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner and selecting ‘Settings and Terms’ then ‘Forgot PIN’. Only one membership can be registered to your People’s Choice App.

If your iPhone has Touch ID available and enabled you will have the option of using Touch ID (fingerprint) to log in when you register the device.

5. Enabling/disabling Touch ID (fingerprint) authentication -

iPhone only.

If your iPhone has Touch ID capabilities you can enable or disable fingerprint authentication at any time. To enable or disable Touch ID authentication tap the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner of the screen and select ‘Settings and Terms’ then enable ‘Touch ID’.

After you have enabled or disabled Touch ID and you are logged in to the App, select the hamburger menu icon in the top left of the screen and select an option from the main menu to continue.

Alternatively, if you have enabled or disabled Touch ID and you are not logged in to the App, tap on the back button in the top left corner. The ‘Enter PIN’ screen will be displayed, to continue tap on the hamburger menu icon and select an option from the main menu.

Note: if Touch ID is enabled you can still opt to log in using the four digit security PIN by selecting ‘Cancel’ when prompted to authenticate.

6. Checking account balances and details.

iPhone:

To scroll through all of your accounts, slide the cards to the left or right.

To view additional account information, tap on the information icon in the top right corner of the card. You can reorder the display of your accounts by scrolling left through your accounts to the function ‘Change the order of my accounts’ then by tapping anywhere within the box to display the list of your accounts.

7. Viewing your transaction history.

To view the transactions for an account:

8. Transfer money between your People’s Choice accounts.

To transfer money between your People’s Choice accounts, select the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner, then select the ‘Transfer’ option from menu.

To select the accounts you wish to transfer from and to:

Android:

To change the accounts you wish to transfer from and to, tap on the from or to account and then tap the required account from the available list.

Enter a description and the amount you wish to transfer and once ready to transfer, tap the green ’Pay now’ button and follow the prompts to confirm payment.

iPhone:

Slide the cards to the left to make your selection. Select the ‘Pay’ icon in the middle of the screen. Enter the amount you wish to transfer together with a transfer description and once ready to transfer, tap the green circle in the middle and follow the prompts to confirm payment. To cancel the payment tap anywhere outside the green circle.

9. Transfer money to another People’s Choice membership.

To transfer money to another People’s Choice membership, select the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner and then select ‘Pay Member’.

Android:

Tap anywhere on the displayed account to select a different account to transfer from.

Enter the amount you wish to transfer along with the transfer details then tap the green ’Pay Now’ button at the bottom of the screen and follow the prompts to confirm payment.

If you have transferred to this membership before and saved the details in your favourites, tap on the person icon in the top right side to select the transfer details from your favourites list.

If you would like to save a new payee, select the ‘Save Payee’ check box .

10. Transfer money to other Financial Institutions.

To transfer money to other Financial Institutions, select the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner and then select ‘Pay Anyone’. Alternatively, select the ‘Pay Anyone’ icon from the home screen.

Android:

Tap anywhere on the account displayed to select a different account to transfer from.

Enter the amount you wish to transfer along with the BSB number, account number, Payee name and optional email. Once ready to transfer tap the green ’Pay Now’ button and follow the prompts to confirm payment.

If you have transferred to this Financial Institution before and saved the payee details in your favourites, tap on the person icon in the top right to select the transfer details from your favourites list.

If you would like to save a new payee, select the ‘Save Payee’ check box .

iPhone:

Enter the amount you wish to transfer along with the account name, BSB number, account number and optional transfer details. Once ready to transfer tap the green circle in the middle and follow the prompts to confirm payment. To cancel the payment tap anywhere outside the green circle.

If you have transferred to this BSB and Account number before and saved the payee details in your

favourites, tap on the person icon on the right to select the transfer details from your favourites list. If you would like to save a new payee, select the ‘Save Payee Details’ check box on the confirmation screen.

11. Pay a bill using BPAY

®

To pay a bill using BPAY®, select the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner and then select the

‘BPAY’ option from the menu. Alternatively, select the BPAY icon on the home screen.

Android:

Tap anywhere on the account displayed to select a different account to transfer from.

Enter the amount you wish to transfer along with the biller code and reference number. Once ready to make the payment, tap the green ‘Pay Now’ button and follow the prompts to confirm.

If you have made a BPAY® payment to this biller before and saved the details in your favourites, tap on the

person icon in the top right to select the details from your favourites list. If you would like to save a new biller, select the ‘Save Payee’ check box.

iPhone:

Slide the card to the left to select the account you wish to transfer from.

Enter the amount you wish to transfer along with the biller code, reference number and optional

description. Once ready to make the payment tap the green circle in the middle and follow the prompts to confirm. To cancel the payment or make changes to the payee details tap anywhere outside of the green circle.

If you have made a BPAY® payment to this biller before and saved the Payee details in your favourites, tap

on the person icon on the right to select the details from your favourites list.

If you would like to save a new biller, select the ‘Save Payee Details’ check box on the confirmation screen.

12. Pay Easy Payments.

Our Pay Easy Payment feature allows you to make a payment to a person using that person’s email address or mobile phone number.

Pay Easy Payments can only be made:

• by using our Mobile Banking application: and

• to a person with an account with an Australian Financial Institution.

To make a Pay Easy Payment using your People’s Choice App, select the hamburger menu in the top left corner and then select ’Pay Easy’ from the left-hand menu.

Once selected, the Pay Easy Payment options will appear.

Android:

To change the account, tap the account displayed and select the required account from the list of

When all the details have been entered, select the ‘Pay Now’ button.

Once the payment has been made, a receipt screen will be displayed along with a Payment Code. The recipient of your Pay Easy Payment will be sent a notification either via SMS or Email (depending on how you entered their details) with the Pay Easy Redemption site address. You will need to send the recipient the Payment Code before they can collect their payment.

To send the Payment Code, tap the green ‘Share’ button at the bottom of the screen and select your sending option, e.g. Email or SMS.

iPhone:

Select either the ‘Email’ or ‘Mobile’ Field to start the Pay Easy Payment process. You can either enter the recipients details in the space provided or select directly from your Contacts by tapping on the plus button.

When all the details have been entered the text will appear in grey, then select the ‘Pay’ circle button.

Please check all details are correct on the confirmation screen before you tap the green ‘Pay’ circle button to make the Payment. If you do need to make any changes tap anywhere outside the green circle

Once the payment has been made, a receipt screen will be displayed along with a Payment Code. The recipient of your Pay Easy Payment will be sent a notification either via SMS or Email (depending on how you entered their details) with the Pay Easy Redemption site address. You will need to send the recipient the Payment Code before they can collect their payment.

To send this Payment Code select the message or email button located at the bottom of the screen.

13. Viewing your uncollected Pay Easy Payments.

Tap on the number to display a summary of each uncollected Pay Easy Payment.

14. Cancelling Pay Easy Payments.

Android:

Once the summary is displayed, select and hold down the transaction you would like to cancel.

Once the payment has been cancelled, the uncollected Pay Easy Payment summary screen will be updated.

15. Forgot PIN or change PIN.

If you have forgotten your four digit security PIN or locked your device, tap on the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner.

iPhone:

Select ‘Settings and Terms’ then ‘Forgot PIN’ from the menu on the left. Follow the prompts to re-register a new four digit security PIN or select ‘Change PIN’ to change your PIN.

16. Logging out of the People’s Choice App.

To logout of the People’s Choice App, simply press the ‘Logout’ icon in the top right corner from anywhere within the App. To access account information from the home screen again, you will be prompted to authenticate.
