Instruments necessary to create the estate or interest to be insured must be properly executed, delivered and duly filed for record.

Upon full disclosure to the Company of the nature and scope of this transaction and its review and approval of the closing documents, including updated certifications of title, the Company reserves the right to raise such other and future exceptions and requirements as are appropriate.

We assume no liability for compliance with the requirements of any consumer
