The core management system of OCM’s print and copy management solution is the web based central management console which manages all communications between each of the OCM device management modules which have been installed. OCM secure pull printing, allows end users to have the benefit of printing to a shared network attached print device but knowing that their documents are completely secure until they release them to a networked printer or multi-function device of their choice.
OCM’s central web management console includes an enterprise print release option which offers users the ability to send their print jobs to their own dedicated secure print queue. Logging on at a OCM managed multifunctional device (secure pull print ready) networked device presents user(s) with all print job(s) being held in their secure queue, simply by selecting job(s) to be printed the MFD will then release the documents. Should user(s) encounter default device to be “busy/off-line”, the user can simply walk directly to another OCM secure pull print ready networked device and automatically “release” their secure job(s) without the time consuming need to resend the print job. All secure documents released for printing are automatically audited with the option of charging back by client, cost centre or project code.

OCM Mobile Print is a driver-less mobile print solution for any user who is on the move and needs to be able to print from a mobile device such as an iPad, Smartphone, laptop or tablet. OCM Mobile Print removes the costs, security concerns and support overhead associated with the configuration of users’ own laptops or mobile devices for printing. Just send your document to print via email or web submission and then collect it from a multifunctional device of your choice, at the device just enter your authentication details, view your submitted documents and choose which documents are released to print. All documents are printed and audited by OCM’s cost recovery solutions.

OCM Secure Print Lite is a very flexible and easy to use secure print solution which is completely manufacturer independent. Jobs are submitted and the user can walk up to any print device and release all of their secure documents in one easy swipe of their ID card or by entering in a PIN on an external keypad.OCM Secure Print Lite allows users the benefit of printing to a shared network MFD knowing that their documents are completely secure until they release them.

OCM offers simplified cost management with the ability to bill back all scan, print, photocopy and fax outputs by a specific client, division or cost centre. The user-friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI) ensures all jobs are automatically prompted for the user to key in a specific cost centre number; choose from a divisional code or even a project code. All document output is intuitively billed back to the selected billing option.
Once captured the billing data can be displayed on a cost recovery report which includes date/time, workflow type, amount of pages, individual document costs while more importantly one total output cost.
