Tips
No need to shut down Streambox. It goes into hibernation mode after 10 minutes of non-use. You can leave it on. When you return, just move the mouse and it awakens from sleep mode.
If you are streaming and something doesn’t come up the first time, try it again. If it seems slow, reset your internet router/modem. Resetting your internet is usually the problem.
There is a hidden toolbar at the very bottom (hold down left mouse button and pull up) that offers: up and down volume, home icon for going back to the homepage, a double window for looking at your history. If video streaming ever locks up, instead of shutting down Streambox, just grab the hidden bar at the bottom click on home button, open double windows and drag up with left mouse and throw it up to the top, so it will disappear and then go back into the TV icon to start again.
On the left side of your screen is another toolbar that can change the layout.
Always give streaming time to load, don’t just keep clicking, it won’t happen any faster.
If you choose a Movie or TV Show and nothing is showing, that means no one is streaming it at this time.

Notes
Only one Streambox per Television. One Streambox does not work on multiple TV’s.
and might short out. Only plug the Streambox into a TV or monitor.
Please note Streambox will be streaming audio/video, so we recommend that you have at least 7 mbps download speed for your internet, so streaming doesn’t pause or buffer. So, contact your internet provider to check your internet speed. Also, you may choose to plug Streambox directly into the Ethernet port in your modem/router. This gives you a faster internet speed as well. Ethernet Internet Network Cable (is not included.) They range from 3 feet to 100 feet. So, figure out how long the cable should be.
Don’t go into preferences and change model settings to 3D scene mode. If you do, double click anywhere and preferences come up and just switch it back to classic mode.
