Dear Prospective Parent:

Choosing a school for your child is one of the most important decisions that you will ever make.

Education, life experience, mental acuity, and a moral compass are often the determining factors in

the success of a high school graduate. At OCA, we are more than a team of educators. We view

ourselves as partners with the parents and guardians, to ensure that each student fulfills and

attains their providential purpose and potential.

A quality education in the life of a child can greatly increase the quality of life for that same student

as an adult. Our academic scope and sequence as well as our faculty is under constant review

and assessment to ensure that the academic experience of each student is the best that we can

offer. It is our desire, to not only build the academic portfolio of the student body, but to build the

mind’s ability to think and apply itself. Therefore, our education reaches beyond the classroom and

into the life of the student through fine arts, athletics, team building events and community service.

We would love to partner with you in the overall development of your child. Please, find enclosed

the information needed for the application process. If we can be of any assistance to you during

this process you may contact our office at 702-777-0800. Thank you for your interest in Oasis

Christian Academy.

Hi, my name is Jason Cabrales, and I am a senior at Oasis Christian Academy. The theme of OCA is “Experience the Difference.” During the four years I have been at OCA, I have experienced that difference. This difference includes a principal and teachers who genuinely care about the students, and a Christian environment that has fewer worldly influences than many other schools. One thing that has meant a lot to me at OCA is being a part of the basketball team. Pastor Mark Neal, head coach of the varsity team, makes it not just about sports, but also about life. This is illustrated by the phrase he introduced to the team a little over a year ago, “Your Actions Follow Your Beliefs.” In every area of your life, your actions will always follow your beliefs. At OCA I have grown in academics, athletics, communication skills, and leadership skills. Something else that stands out about this school is that the administration and staff do not simply want you to graduate; they want you to graduate and succeed in life.
