Creative Library, Media Hub and Recipe Databases

• Meredith has three major databases for storing publication assets: • Creative Library for images and layouts
• Media Hub for stories (texts) • Recipe Database for recipes.
• Access to those databases is available to all Meredith employees and is controlled by your login.
• Once you have a network login, you can enter an IT Help Desk ticket (see page #1) for access to the Creative Library

A Daily Notification Summary is sent out that includes any OPEN notifications you have at that time. To remove the notification from the Summary you will need to log into the ap-plication and close it. Once you close the notification, you will not continue to receive the emails.
1. Log into the application with your user name and password
2. Click on the link to the notification you wish to respond under your worklist
3. Add additional information in the blank white box located at the bottom of this screen, Click on the appropriate response button at the bottom of the page.
4. If you have multiple notifications you wish to respond to, click on the Return to Worklist link.
Instructions to submit MasterCard Charges/Expenses • Sign into the system
• Select Internet Expenses – upper left of screen • Select Create, Save, Update Expense Report
• Select Create Expense Report – upper right of screen • Enter in the expense business purpose – select next.
• This will take you to your outstanding MasterCard charges – click in the select box on the left side - select next
• Enter in your ‘Date, Receipt Amount, Expense Type’ using the dropdown and add a Justification for this expense - Select next
• Enter in any out of pocket or cash expense – if applicable • Select next, attach your receipts, then select Submit

Wellness Points
Benefits-eligible employees can earn points by completing wellness activities throughout the year. Accumulate 1,000 points by October 5, 2012, to earn $650 in pre-tax dollars to be deposited into a Health Savings or Health Reimbursement Account on
January 1, 2013. Employees who earn 1,000 points but do not chose a Meredith health plan for 2013 will receive $800 after-tax dollars spread over 26 paychecks in 2013.

Well-Bucks
Meredith awards “Well-Bucks” to full-time or part-time benefits-eligible employees who participate in qualifying wellness initiatives throughout the year. Reimbursement Programs
Meredith will subsidize five areas of wellness for active full-time or part-time
benefits-eligible employees. Employees may apply for reimbursement in each category • Health Club Membership (reimbursement amount varies by location)

Meredith will also subsidize up to $240 per calendar year toward Bicycle Commuting expenses.
Requirements:
• Must use a non-motorized bicycle for a substantial (50% or greater) portion of travel between the employee’s residence and the worksite.
• Employees will log bicycle commuting sessions and receive $20 per month for months in which they commute to and from work at least ten times.
• Employees will provide receipts for covered expenses and applications for reimbursement.
