Introduction
The Call Recording Server feature applies to Mobile UC only; PSTN Access interactions with the Call Recording Server are not supported at this time. Call Recording Server provisioning is an optional task.
The Accelerator acts as a Back-to-Back user agent (B2BUA) Session
Recording Client and establishes a SIP connection(s) to a third party Session Recording Server (ACS EVOip Server) for the purpose of recording calls involving a Tango subscriber.
Vendor Documentation
IMPORTANT NOTE: This Integration Guide focuses specifically on the ACS EVOip call recording server. For all other recording servers, such as Telstrat, Verint, or any other 3rd party recording platform, refer to their
customer website for configuration instructions.
Supported Versions
This document addresses the way that the Accelerator solution integrates with the ACS EVOip Server. It is intended for users with a thorough understanding of the EVOip Server.
Note: This guide is meant to familiarize the reader with the minimum
provisioning steps required on the EVOip Server for Accelerator integration. This guide does not attempt to address all possible
configurations options or features that can be applied within the EVOip Server. Please consult your EVOip Server documentation for ACS EVOip Server specific issues.
Call Recording Provisioning – ASC EVOip
The sections and steps outlined below will guide your workflow to integrate your Call Recording Server with the Accelerator.
The ACS EVOip Server is configured as Variant 2 according to the ASC EVOipactive SIP documentation. This means that the EVOip Server is configured where
“The recorder does not register as an extension. The IP address and port of the recorder are stored in the [Accelerator]. The [Accelerator bridges in the recorder as part of the call and] sends the audio data [to] the end device [for recording].”

Step 4 Access EVOip active – page 6
