VEHICLE PROTECTION
Endurance pays the manufacturer’s suggested retail
price for parts and your repair facility’s posted labor rate, plus all teardown, diagnostic, fluids and taxes on covered repairs.

RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT

The Apex Pro plan is Endurance’s most comprehensive protection program,
offering the highest possible protection to your customers. Anything that is
not listed in the exclusion section of the contract is covered under this
exclusionary plan.
The following items are not covered: Scheduled maintenance such as oil,
coolant, fluids, refrigerant, and others; wear items that routinely need
replacement such as the battery, tires, brake pads, brake drums, brakeshoes,
exhaust system, and shock absorbers; exterior items such as bright metal,
vinyl, ornaments, wheel covers, and paint; interior items such as upholstery,
buttons, carpet, door and window handles; any equipment not installed by
the manufacturer.
Apex Pro protection is available for vehicles with 100,000 miles or less at
time of purchase. Seals and gaskets and wear and tear, 4x4 coverage,
turbo/diesel, high-tech, and hybrid coverage are all included in every

The Apex Premier Plan is the highest level of “stated component” coverage
Endurance has to offer. From engine to power windows, Apex Premier will pay
to repair or replace failed items that are included in the “Schedule of Coverage”
section of the contract. This protection is available for vehicles 15 years old or
newer with 150,000 miles or less on the odometer. Coverage includes:
ENGINE – Gas/Diesel: All internally lubricated parts within the engine plus the cylinder heads, engine block, engine mounts, flex plate, flywheel and ring gear, harmonic balancer, intake and exhaust manifolds, water pump, oil dipstick and tube, oil pump, oil pump drive sprocket, timing chain/belt, and timing chain tensioner. The oil pan and valve covers are only covered if damaged by an internally lubricated part.
TURBO/SUPERCHARGER: All internally lubricated parts. Housing is only covered if damaged by an internally lubricated part.

COMMERCIAL USE OPTION (Available on all Plans): Commercial coverage provides coverage for vehicles used for farming, ranching, route work, job-site activities, service or repair work, delivery of goods and snow removal. (Vehicles used for snow removal must be equipped with factory authorized snow plow package to be eligible for Commercial Use coverage.) Usage must not exceed the manufacturer’s ratings and/or limitations.
SEALS & GASKETS OPTION (Available on all plans for cars that have over 100,000 miles at time of purchase): Seals & Gaskets coverage provides coverage for leaking seals and gaskets on the component groups listed in the contract. However, minor loss of fluid or seepage is considered normal and is not considered a breakdown and is not eligible for coverage.
TIRE MODIFICATION/BODY OR SUSPENSION LIFT OPTION (Available on all coverage Plans):
Tire Modification/Body or Suspension Lift coverage provides coverage in accordance with the appli-cable terms of this contract even when oversized/undersized tires (not to exceed the maximum tire height and maximum tire width allowed by the lift kit manufacturer), body lifts and suspension lifts (maximum four inch combined lift) have been added to the vehicle. However, appropriate final drive gear change must be performed for oversize tires or resultant claims will be declined. This surcharge is mandatory as it applies.

coverage plans don't fulfill all of your customer's needs, we encourage you to
offer add-on coverage for vehicles with unique systems.

WARRANTY details
Enhance the sale of pre-owned vehicles by including a certified limited
war-ranty for every customer. Customers will feel protected and more confident –
and will likely be more receptive to extending the limited warranty coverage
to upgraded comprehensive packages.
Apex Certified Limited Warranties are a good fit for regulatory compliance, as a
risk management tool and as a value add for your customers. Our Endurance
Dealer Services warranties include the coverage below. Most common terms are
for 6 months/6,000 miles.
ENGINE: Gas/Diesel – All internally lubricated parts within the engine plus the timing chain/belt, timing chain tensioner, oil pump drive sprocket, oil pump, primary fuel pump, oil dip stick and tube, flywheel and ring gear, flex plate, engine mounts, intake and exhaust manifolds, harmonic balancer, engine block and cylinder heads. The oil pan and valve covers are only covered if damaged by an internally lubricated part.
TURBOCHARGER/SUPERCHARGER: All internally lubricated parts. Housing is only covered if damaged by an internally lubricated part. TRANSMISSION: All internally lubricated parts located within the transmission case plus the torque converter, vacuum modulator and transmis-sion mounts. Transmistransmis-sion case and oil pan are only covered if damaged by an internally lubricated part.
TRANSFER UNIT: All internally lubricated parts within the transfer case. Transfer case is only covered if damaged by an internally lubricated part. DRIVE AXLE: All internally lubricated parts within the drive axle housing plus the constant velocity joints, double offset joints, drive shaft/yokes, center carrier bearings, propeller shafts and locking hub mechanisms. The drive axle housing is only covered if damaged by an internally lubricated part. ELECTRICAL: Starter motor, starter solenoid, starter drive, alternator, voltage regulator, ignition module, cam sensor, engine control computer (ECM), wiper motor, washer motor, analog gauges, electrical manual switches, electronic instrument cluster,

BRAKES: Master cylinder, brake booster, wheel cylinders, hydraulic lines and fittings, calipers, rear actuators, ABS sensors and ABS pump.
STEERING: Power steering pump, all internal parts within the rack and pinion assembly, steering column shaft and steering shaft couplings. The steering box is only covered if damaged by an internal part.
AIR CONDITIONING: Compressor, compressor clutch, compressor pulley, receiver/dryer, accumulator, evaporator, condenser, expansion valve, orifice tube, high-low cut off switches, A/C tensioner assembly and automatic temperature control programmer. FRONT & REAR SUSPENSION: Upper and lower control arms, ball joints, wheel bearings, spindles, torsion bar, stabilizer bar, linkage, stabilizer shaft and McPherson strut.
FUEL SYSTEM: Fuel injection pump, metal fuel lines, mass air flow sensor, map sensor, fuel tank, fuel float and fuel sending unit.
COOLING SYSTEM: Water pump, heater core, radiator, cooling fan motor, clutch blade, blower motor, and cooling recovery unit.
SEALS & GASKETS: Seals and gaskets on all listed components are covered.
