INTRODUCTION
The CRM Form to Web Internet Lead Capture is a Web application that communicates between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a hosted asp.net web site in order to allow your customers to contact your organization and submit that information directly in CRM.
The solution is highly customizable, and enables you to design your form right from CRM.
The application can resides either on your local network, or is available as a hosted Windows Azure solution.

CRM SOLUTION INSTALLATION
The following section details the required CRM changes necessary in order to successfully run the application.
These modifications can be done manually in the Customizations section of CRM or available via a Managed Solution and can be imported into CRM.
IMPORT SOLUTION
The XrmFormToWeb_1_0_managed solution contains all the out of the box required solution items for the CRM Exchange Sync application. The following details the components that make up the CRM Exchange Sync solution.

Contains fields for web form setup which are used to specify how the page will be displayed on the asp.net web page.

The solution also contains the Web Form Customizer and Web Form Viewer Security Roles as well as multiple image files.
APPLICATION INSTALLATION
This section describes the installation process of the CRM to Web Form application on a Windows Server. The installation is straight forward, but make sure that the prerequisites below are completed.
PREREQUISITES
The following are the required prerequisites for the installation and execution of the CRM Form to Web Internet Lead Capture application:
INTERNET INFORMATION SERVICES
Internet Information Services 7.0 or above must be installed on the Server where this application will be installed.
MICROSOFT.NET FRAMEWORK
The Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 Client Profile must be installed on the machine that will be running the application. The application utilizes several CRM assemblies that require this version of the .NET Framework.
The .NET Framework is not included in the setup package, so make sure to install it manually before running Setup.
INSTALLATION PROCESS
To start the installation process, unzip the provided file, and run the CRMForm2WebSetup.exe Setup Application.
Follow the instructions and provide the required information on the following screens:
Read and accept the End User License Agreement:
Enter the User Name and Organization that is installing this product:
Click on the Install button to start the Installation.
The application will install the program files on the IIS Root Folder and create a new web application in IIS.
Your domain administrator can configure the application to be hosted in a different IIS web application if required.
The application is now installed on the server.
