Sales Orders - Create an opportunity, convert to a quote and to the final order for fulfillment. Or just create

an order to be fulfilled. Look up stock locations and item quantity on-hand while taking the order. Check for historical pricing on past orders. Track your profitability on each order and use the approval process for discounts and quality assurance on each order. Look up UPS freight cost and accept prepayments.

Quick OrdersTM - Field order processing - Fulfill an order from a remote inventory location using a

barcode scanner. At close of the quick order, inventory is debited, the order is closed and an invoice is created without the need of the warehouse pick, pack and ship process. Manage all remote inventory location by items and item history.

Standing Orders - Create a volume purchase agreement or job site order for products that a customer

agreed to over a period of time. Fulfill as needed and track item quantities shipped and remaining. Create price escalators on item if not delivered by specific dates. Can be used for pre-staging a deployment of items/SKUs.

Subscription Billing - Set up weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi annual or annual billing. An order is

automatically created with a workflow for fulfillment. When the order is created an opportunity is created as well to forecast forward. Order Fulfillment - Fulfill order line items from multiple warehouse locations, and or create purchase

orders to suppliers for drop shipment on the same order. Ship to a staging location for pre-configuration and complete fulfillment, all managed from one order.

Ship Staging - Print pick tickets, verify pick quantity and capture serial and lot numbers. Print packing lists

for shipments. Fully integrated to UPS World ship.

Purchase Orders - Create purchase orders to suppliers. Track cost of goods by item. PO’s can be

created for drop ship or ship to a warehouse location for stock. Receive vendor invoices against purchase orders, track payments along with other AP features.

Receiving - Receive items against purchase orders, and RMAs. Capture serial and lot numbers using bar

codes at the point of receipt. Receive in batch mode for SN and Lot ID.

purchase orders. All Inventory is automatically managed in the customer asset history and inventory locations. Track vendor credits and customer credits.

Inventory Locations - Create unlimited locations for inventory to fulfill from. Create pre-config and service

returns locations. Transfer inventory from one location to another. Receive finished goods from

manufacturing or assembly. View all transactions associated to the item and location, such as Orders, Purchase Orders, RMA’s and Pick Tickets. Track quantity on-hand, allocated, on-order, available and in quarantine.

Item Management - View quantity on-hand of each item, the allocated quantity, and the available quantity

to fulfill the orders. View open purchase quantity on order or if any items that are in quarantine associated to an RMA. Track serial number and Lot numbers associated to products with expiration dates.

Mobile Bar Code Inventory Lists - The “Point of Sale Order” feature simplifies mobile reps order entry, just a couple of scans and the entire fulfillment process is complete down to the invoice. Print out the product code and serial and lot numbers in a bar code format for quick access and order processing.

Product Lists - The products detail page has extensive options per part number: Product Name, Part

number, Product Description, Preferred Vendor, Manufacturer, Product Code, warranty with expiration, COG and date, taxable, serialized, non-inventory item, this list goes on.

Product Search - Extensive drop downs search by Product Category, Product Family, Product Group,

Product Type or search by manufacturer on each item. Search by user definable fields.

professional services. Enter the last COG date and the cost.

Product Warranty - Set warranty duration and time along with warranty description on a per item basis.

Price and Price Book - Assign items to a price book, set your sale price per item. Multi currency

Account Information - Set up default terms and conditions, Freight, Sales Tax, exemption, and credit line. It’s In There Not so Much

PDF Notes & Footers - On system generated PDFs, such as Orders, Purchase Orders, and Service

Orders, additional information can be added from the account for default notes and footers. When you create a PDF the note or footer will display on the bottom of the document. Example: Note = “Thank you” Footer = “Invoice to follow”

Assets List - From the asset list, view serial numbers, Lot ID, asset name, the order associated with the

asset, the warranty status and RMA’s. You can drill down to any asset and view the transaction history.

Ship Sites - These are additional locations such as branch offices or remote asset locations. Rather than

having many of the same companies with different addresses, you can have Corporate Headquarters, with many branch offices. Each ship site tracks all assets shipped to that location with serial number, order, asset name and warranty.

System Wide Access - From the account page, you have access to the Matrix features and CRM

features. Account detail, Matrix information, Vendor information, Notes and footers, RMA’s, Assets, ship sites, opportunities, quotes, orders, invoices, standing orders, automated orders & opportunities, credits, cases, pricebooks, contacts, contracts, history, notes and transactions.

Invoice - Invoices are generated at the close of an order. Track freight, Taxes, special fees, and the order

associated, case/service order if applicable, payment status i.e. partial or paid in full, create RMA’s, credits memo’s, view or edit line items, email PDF of invoice.

Accounts Receivable - From the invoice, receive payments by individual invoices, by the account or by

the order. Select a transaction type, payment type, and allocate payments or credits to invoices. Accept payments in full or partial. Accept pre-payments with orders before invoicing.

Purchase Orders - Receive vendor invoice, verify the quantity ordered to quantity received and quantity

billed. Verify the serial and lot number captured and the serial number on vendor invoice.

remaining balance. Apply credits memo’s from vendors to vendor invoices.

Credits - Issue credit memo’s for returned items or credits for advertised specials with a date range

expiration. Issue credits against line items by way of RMA on invoices and purchase orders. Issue “good will” credits to an account with expiration date range directly from the Credit Memo option.
