Every location is highly secure and reliable, with multi-layered security and power, including built-in redundancy to support high-density computing – all in a guarded location. All communication requi-res special logins, eliminating the risk that activities performed by one user might affect or be viewed by another. Data storage on the database itself is also protected, and each customer using the Adra SaaS solution runs its own individual database, accessible only via a unique database user set-up. Should an error occur, the backup system enables us to restore the database to its correct status, often before an error can have an impact. The en-tire operating environment is constantly monitored using automated and manual tools. The backup system collects, compresses, and transfers data to our remote backup service provider’s servers in secure locations.

While some of these backup and preventive ser-vices are too costly or complicated to maintain for some in-house IT departments, they are included as a natural part of our SaaS solution.
