1 Introduction- Online Admission Process at DTE-Training

This document intends to assist ITI user of ITIs to access the Online Admissions 2018-19 application for its use. It details about the modules and their functionalities which will be used by the ITI user.

The following modules will be used by ITI user during Online admission process-

1. Fee Updation

2. Allocation of IMC seats

3. Reporting of allotted seat students of 8th trades 4. Reporting of allotted seat students of 8th trades

2 Main Page

When ITI user access the URL- http://hte.rajasthan.gov.in/, click on Admissions 2017-2018 tab and then click on Government/Private ITI Admission(Department of Technical Education(Training)),

the following 5 tabs will be displayed on the main page-

2.1 General Instructions

General Instructions will display the general instruction to fill the form.

2.2 Trade Available

ITI User can see available trades by clicking on this tab:

Select ‘District’-> Select ‘ITI Name’-> Select ‘Trade Mode’ -> Select ‘Trade Type’ –>

Select ‘Trade Level’-> Select ‘Trade Name’ then click on ‘Search Trades’  List will

show complete details

2.3 Apply Online

If ITI user will click on this tab, it is redirected to SSO login page. The Apply online tab will be used by students to fill the form.

2.4 View Form

Students can click on view form status and download its admission from by entering its Application id and date of birth.

2.5 Know Your Status

Students can click on Know your status tab and view its Merit list and allotment details by entering Application ID and date of birth.

3 How to Log into the ITI Admin account-

a) ITI user can access the URL-

http://hte.rajasthan.gov.in/ or can visit https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/signin to login into its account.

b) When ITI User access the URL-

http://hte.rajasthan.gov.in/ and click on Admissions 2017-2018 tab and then click on Government/Private ITI

Admission(Department of Technical Education(Training)),

the following 5 tabs will be displayed on the main page.

c) ITI user will click on important links and click on ITI login. The system will navigate the user to SSO homepage.

d) ITI user will enter its SSO ID credentials it is already available or it will create a

new SSO ID. The steps for SSO ID creation is mentioned in next screenshot.

e) How to Create SSO ID-

i. ITI User can click on register button.

ii. ITI User can register by choosing any ID option under citizen or Govt.

Employee category.

iii. For citizen category-

Select any option out of 4 option for citizen and Click on Next button.

a) If user is selecting “Register with Bhamashah ID” then user have to enter 7 digit of Bhamashah ID and Click on Next Button.

b) If user is selecting “Register with Aadhaar ID” then user have to enter 12

digit of Aadhaar ID and Click on Next Button.

c) If user is selecting “Facebook” and Click on Next Button.Then user have to enter Facebook Registered Email or Phone and Password

Step3 (v).If user is selecting “Gmail” and Click on Next Button. Then user have

to enter Email ID and Password.

iv. If user is selecting “Government of Rajasthan Employee” then user have to enter SIPF Number and SIPF Portal Password and Click on Next Button.

v. After Clicking on Next Button, User will redirect to SSO Registration page

with SSO ID and user has to confirm Password and Click on Register

button.

vi. After Clicking on Register Button, a pop up will appear and click on Ok.

vii. Step 6 :- After successful creation of SSO ID and Password. Use the URL

:- https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/signin and enter SSOID, Password and

Enter Captcha and Click on Login.

viii. After login successfully ,User Profile page will appear and will update the

profile and click on update and a pop-up will appear.

ix. After Profile updation ,System will redirect the user to application page.

f) Click on citizen apps from left side menu bar->Select ‘ITI APP' from the apps.

Click it.

g) Select ‘ITI APP' from the apps. Click it.

h) Next screen -> Sign UP Screen-> Sign-up as ‘ITI’. Click on ‘Register’

i) One Time Authentication- ITI user will enter the username and password

provided by the DTE- Training and click on “Validate” button.

j) After Validating the user name and password, the ITI user will enter into its account and system populates the “Add Bank Detail” page to the user. ITI user mandatory update the bank account details and click on Submit button.

k) System displays the trade fee update page to the user

4 ITI View

4.1 Edit ITIs Trade

a) ITI User click on Action button to edit the trade fee.

b) The following screen will be displayed when ITI user click on action button. ITI user can only update the trade Fee (Regular/SFS as applicable) and IMC fees (only for Govt.

ITI) as applicable and click on Submit button.

c) After making Changes in the all applicable trade fee, ITI user can click on “Lock Editing and Generate PDF” button to finally submit the trade fees to DTE-Training.

button. If ITI user click on Confirm button the all the trade fee details will be submitted.

e) ITI user can search the trade details by entering the trade name in the search box.

4.2 IMC Allocations (only for Govt. ITI)

a) ITI User click on “IMC Allocations” tab. The page will display blank details if no student is allotted seat under IMC.

b) ITI User click on “IMC Allocations” tab. The page will display blank details if no student is allotted seat under IMC. ITI User will click on “+” icon.

c) System display the “Application Search” Page. ITI user can search the student by its Application Number & click on search button.

in the category. The system will show the pop up message that “do you want to allot the set” If ITI user will click on Yes then a seat will be allotted to the student and one seat will be deducted from the total IMC seats in that category.

4.3 Allotments-

ITI user will click on Allotments tab. Both type of allotment-8

and 10

class will be displayed.

a) 8th Class Allotment-

When ITI user click on 8th Allotment radio button, all the 8th class students which are allotted seats will be displayed here.

ITI user can also search the student with its application number.

b) 10th Class Allotment-

When ITI user click on 10th Allotment radio button, all the 10th class students which are allotted seats will be displayed here.

ITI user can also search the student with its application number.
