Responsibilities: Developed concept and wrote proposal for funded grant ($60,000) through the United States Department of Education Small Business Innovation Research program to develop and pilot a distance-based graduate course for school personnel on preventing and responding to sexual harassment;

developed program and coordinated implementation of course and research; and taught online course.

Responsibilities: Developed, supervised, and evaluated high school and the community-based risk reduction programs and media and information strategies; delivered programs to approximately 5000 participants annually in the community and school district prevention programs; supervised and evaluated volunteer programs; collaborated with other organizations on local and statewide projects and task forces regarding standardizing prevention education; and developed and wrote successful proposals for additional United Way ($50,000) and other private organizational funding and the agency continuation applications.

Responsibilities: Liaison for attorneys, beneficiaries, and federal staff regarding Medicare compromises and oversaw all federal reporting, public outreach, computer releases/programming changes, and quality control.
