Each Lladró lamp is elaborated in an entirely artisan process, similarly to all its pieces, made by hand in its only factory in the world in Valencia, Spain.

The cozy sensation these lamps transmit is further enhanced in some models with the use of lithophane lampshades. When lit, the transparency of the porcelain allows the designs etched on the surface of the lithophanes to become visible, creating a subtle lighting. And when the lamps are off, they are still as perfectly beautiful.

The Winter Palace chandeliers seem to be lifted directly from a fairytale castle, transforming the crystal into porcelain and the fabric of the lampshades into lithophanes.
Besides the teardrops, the Winter Palace chandelier has a ceiling rosette and hundreds of beads in porcelain, set by hand one by one together with other smaller beads which, in this version, are Austrian faceted glass, which are highly transparent and sparkle like reflections of light on water. The decoration alternates the gloss of the stem and the matte of the teardrops and beads playing with different finishes in which the note of sophistication is added by the golden lustre in the base of the lights.

Filtered through the optic of Art Decó, the emphatic geometric forms have a soft, rounded finish that counteracts the edges of the cut glass.

In nature nothing is destroyed. Everything is regenerated and evolves. This is the basic principle behind the
Re-Cyclos project in which Lladró invites celebrated designers to give life to new collections using the brand’s
signature elements and themes. The German creative Bodo Sperlein turned his attention to Lladró’s mix of nature and fantasy to create a collection of lamps, including the Niagara and Magic Forest chandeliers, available in different sizes and finishes.
Each one of the fairies fluttering around the Niagara chandelier and each one of the leaves decorating the Magic Forest chandelier is handmade in porcelain, following the entirely artisan process that gives life to all Lladró creations. Pure creativity is combined with the latest fiber optic technology to create subtle points of light that bring the fairies and leaves to life.

Thanks to Lladró’s consummate control of porcelain, besides the four standard sizes of chandeliers, we also offer customized versions with varying lengths, diameters, shapes and colors for the ceiling rose, which can be fixed to the ceiling or using a special hanging system for special ceilings. Similarly, the quantity of decorative elements can also be varied, and the finish can be either glazed or matte.
