To handle & coordinate the support requirements of customers, DMS assigns a competent single point of contact. The single point of contact will be available during the contracted hours.

Problem Resolution Procedure

When a customer contacts our support staff with an issue they are placed on our Problem Escalation Procedure (PEP). The PEP provides the process for upgrading the problem to a different level of Support to ensure problem resolution.
