This standard has been prepared by CEN/TC 124 ‘Structural timber’ (Secretariat: Denmark).
The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Bauwesen (Building and Civil Engineering Standards Committee).
Amendments
This standard differs from the April 1996 edition in that the test methods previously given in DIN EN 1193 have been included and the determination of a global modulus of elasticity in bending has been specified. Previous editions
