One-Day ACT Workshop at Your Location

Designed around Emergent’s six-phase Accelerating Change & Transformation (ACT) model, this one-day workshop builds participants' organizational change management skills. The interactive training is delivered at your location and includes a comprehensive participant binder with activities and templates. After the workshop, participants will be able to apply the ACT methodology to effectively facilitate change within their projects and teams. They will know how to integrate change

management best practices and uncover organizational change opportunities. Training topics include (but are not limited to):

Comprehensive Change Management Toolkit

Training participants receive a license to Change Accelerator, our comprehensive web-based change management toolkit (www.ChangeAccelerator.com. The toolkit comes with 60+ downloadable tools and templates aligned to the ACT methodology, implementation checklists, and best practices for facilitating change. The Change Accelerator resources can be accessed 24/7 and the tools tailored to the participant’s unique project needs. Change

Applied Learning & Follow-up Coaching

After the one-day workshop, participants will apply learnings and use the ACT methodology and Change Accelerator tools on live projects back at their

organizations. Participants will schedule a few virtual coaching sessions with one of Emergent’s change management consultants. During these coaching sessions, the consultant will assess how well practices are being applied, help the participant with challenge areas, and advise on how best to tailor organizational change practices and tools to the

Prerequisites

Participants who attend should be currently (or soon to be) involved in a project involving change, as this is important for the Applied Learning component. We recommend between 6-20 participants per classroom workshop.

Workshop planning

Ideally, someone from your organization would be available to consult with our trainer prior to the workshop to help our trainer tailor the content. We would rely on someone from your organization to provide logistical support (e.g., meeting room, projector, easels, markers, etc.) Workshop execution

The workshop is delivered onsite at your company’s location. Ideally, an analyst from your organization would participate in the workshop to help provide on-the-ground logistical support and capture output, action items, etc.
