I am an HR professional with more than 10 year’s experience developed within IHRM systems Working at a specialist level right across the HR spectrum has given me the technical expertise and practical experience necessary to operate effectively across most people and organizational development change initiatives.
I am a commercially focused Senior HR& QMS Manager having worked in broad Generalist roles and had responsibility for running proactive service delivery HR&QMS functions and actually reporting directly into the CEO. I have extensive experience in all areas of HR&QMS and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, which enable me to operate successfully with all levels of staff. I have worked strategically and tactically with the business and led and developed a pro active team that was aligned to business objectives designing initiatives that are relevant.
