extensive historic archive. Not found on our store shelves, all

of these pieces are therefore “available to order”. They

complement and supplement those in the 2009 Citadel

Catalogue, which provides all the essentials for assembling an

army for Warhammer, Warhammer 40,000 or

The Lord of the Rings.

About the Models

Most of the

models in this catalogue are shown

painted. All models are supplied unpainted. All

miniatures are shown at ACTUAL SIZE, unless

otherwise noted. All models that require a base are

supplied with the correct plastic Citadel miniature

slottabase.

The models shown in this catalogue are shown

assembled. This is not how they are supplied. All

models will require some assembly. Most models

require nothing more complicated than affixing the

miniature to its plastic base.

Old One Eye was a Tyranid creature of the Carnifex genus recovered from the ice-packs of Calth in the empire of Ultramar. Its release from the ice heralded a series of Tyranid raids on that world. The eventual fate of Old One Eye is unknown, but there have been several other reports of lone, injured Carnifexes on other worlds which proved to be just as deadly. Old One Eye would make a

great alternative Carnifex model in a Tyranid army. Sculpted by Mark Bedford.

The problem was he had no idea where to find them! Since that day he has been trying to give the Fighting Cocks the slip. However, his sudden disappearances only encourage his men's skills as they tirelessly track him down and insist that he take them with him.

supplied at random. The insidious Mengil Manhide and his Manflayers

are a dreaded menace who kill and maim for pleasure. Adorned with the flayed skins of their victims, they are a fearsome sight. But they are not beyond the needs of money, and will sell their expertise to the highest bidder.

Tichi-Huichi's destiny was clear. It was he who had been chosen to go out into the wider regions to find and bring back the relics which the Old Ones had shown him in his dreams. Following his instinct and allowing the thoughts of those greater than himself to direct his plans, Tichi-Huichi has set out, leading his fine regiment of Cold One Riders to recover the sacred items from his visions.

Long Drong Slayer has a hook hand, peg leg, eyepatch, long red plaited beard, pistols stuffed down his breeches and a parrot on his shoulder which says "bits o' gold, bits o' gold" all the time. His crew are a swarthy bunch of rogues who are proud to fight under the skull and crossbones flag. They are also festooned with pistols, creating a hurricane of destruction when they are fired at the enemy!

The Death of Gothmog

With the Witch-king slain and Éowyn lying wounded, Gothmog savagely seeks to avenge his master’s death. Fortunately, Aragorn and Gimli happen upon the scene – just in time to save the Shield Maiden of Rohan from the Witch-king’s ravening lieutenant. This action-packed diorama captures the exciting moment when the Lieutenant of Morgul is slain.

Models can be mounted individually on 25mm round slottabases (included) or arranged on the specially made display base. These dynamic models depict the final moments of the Witch-king before Éowyn, Shield Maiden of Rohan and niece of King Théoden delivers the mortal blow, robbing the army of Mordor of their dark general. The loyal Hobbit, Merry, is also close by - together he and Éowyn stood firm against the Witch-king of Angmar and avenged the death of Théoden. With the Witch-king destroyed, the forces of good won the day.
