INDOWThe Attendee window lists all the people logged into the meeting. Each person attending has a unique role.
• Host: This person created the meeting and controls all aspects of the meeting. That button is not visible because you are the person creating the meeting.
• Presenter: (Green Participant) This person can upload assets to a meeting and may be given control of the meeting while in session.
• A green microphone identifies the person currently speaking. With VoIP Push-to-Talk only one person can speak at a time. All other microphones will be gray. If the audio method selected is VoIP with open microphones all participants are required to wear a headset.
• A black camera signifies the person has enabled their webcam and can be brought into the streaming video. A line through the camera signifies the camera is not enabled.
• A black chalk signifies the person has access to the Group Whiteboard. A gray chalk means they do not have access.
• A yellow star indicates who is currently presenting in the session. A session may be handed over to a new presenter by simply clicking on the star by the new presenter’s name. A gray star means that person is not the presenter.
