We have a rolling admissions process and offer admissions rounds for our January and September intakes. Please consult the Admissions Calendar to ensure that your application and all supporting documents arrive at the Admissions Office by the deadline for which you are applying. The following tests are required for admission to the HEC MBA Program. Candidates must ensure that their official scores are available by the application deadline.
GMAT
The HEC MBA Program GMAT school code is 0TL-6C-28. Only scores less than five years old at the time of application will be accepted.
TOEFL , TOEIC , IELTS
Non-native English speakers who do not hold a university degree from an English-speaking country or institution must provide either TOEFL, TOEIC or IELTS scores. Confirmation of English proficiency exam waiver will be determined during the pre-selection review process. The HEC MBA Program school code for these English tests is 0649. Only scores less than two years old at the time of application will be accepted.

LLAAANNNGGUGUUAAAGGGEEESS S
English is the only language required for admission to the HEC MBA Program. We recommend, however, that participants possess a working knowledge of French by the time they arrive on campus. The HEC MBA Program offers a bilingual option – English & French - each year for the September intake only. Participants who choose this option will attend courses conducted in both languages, thus allowing them to develop true language competence. The first eight months of the program may be completed entirely in English or in English & French. Candidates, with a preference for the bilingual section, whose native or professional language is not French, or those who do not hold a degree from a French university or a degree in French language, will be asked to take a proficiency test during the orientation week.

You are required to submit two letters of recommendation from individuals well acquainted with your performance in a professional or academic context. We are pioneering an online recommendation system that will allow you to send your recommenders links to the relevant forms. You can generate these links by clicking the "show links" box at the end of the application.

If admitted to the HEC Full-time MBA program, you will be given access to the scholarship application form, which will allow you to apply for scholarships available from HEC. In order to be considered for HEC scholarships, we must receive your scholarship application within the deadline set following your admission to the HEC MBA program.
You are advised to explore all available funding options, including bank loans, government-supported loans, independent scholarships, and international study grants. We suggest you contact your local French Embassy to inquire about possible financing schemes from the French government. You will find the list of scholarships available from HEC, along with additional private and country-specific financing information, on the HEC MBA website.
Admitted candidates will be required to confirm their participation by making an initial, non-refundable tuition deposit. This payment, which is deducted from your total tuition fees, should be made within the deadline indicated in your offer of admission.

Essays.

Official academic transcripts, indicating grades and degrees awarded, are required from all post-secondary educational institutions attended. If official transcripts are not available, please provide a certified copy. Candidates may enclose any other documents which they believe to be relevant in support of their application. Documents sent along with the application form will not be returned.
