ECLAT advertisement report (D600.5)
Introduction
The European Cluster Assimilation Technology (ECLAT) project was funded by the Seventh Framework Programme of the European Union to provide contextual datasets for inclusion in the Cluster Active Archive (CAA) [Laakso et al., 2009], the repository of data from the instruments onboard the 4-spacecraft Cluster mission [Escoubet et al., 2001].
In addition to the main role of the project, data provision, it was anticipated that a number of additional outputs would arise, including presentations at workshops and conferences, and papers in international peer-reviewed journals, with three broad aims:
1) advertisement of the ECLAT project and its aims,
2) advertisement of the ECLAT data products and their potential uses,
3) advertisement and dissemination of the science undertaken within the ECLAT consortium with ECLAT data products.
This report lists the papers and presentations delivered by the ECLAT project.
Papers
A full list of papers appearing in peer-reviewed international journals can be found in Appendix 1 (complete as of Feb 2014). To date 15 papers are published, with a further 2 submitted. It is anticipated that a significant number of papers regarding ECLAT, ECLAT data products, and the science arising from ECLAT, will continue to be submitted to journals after the formal end of the project, and at least 7 papers are currently in preparation (see Appendix 1).
Presentations
A full list of 108 presentations given at workshops and conferences can be found in Appendix 2 (complete as of Feb 2014). ECLAT presentations will continue to be given after the formal end of the project (Appendix 2 lists three already scheduled). Some of the presentations were given at ECLAT-organized workshops, amounting to 74 in total. The remainder, 34, were presented to general audiences at international and national conferences and workshops.
