Policy Deployment means set the right direction towards strategic goals, and align resources to implement the improvement strategy. This workshop includes a brief overview of Policy Deployment, but will focus on the effective communication process of Catchball, starting with the President’s message through the dialogue of alignment and resource deployment required for implementation. Groupwork is involved.

Porque deve participar? | Why to attend?

Is your policy deployment all on paper and not enough action? This workshop is designed for leaders who are ready to challenge and recharge their lagging Policy deployment efforts through a closer, in-depth look at Catchball Communications. It is best suited for small (2-4) groups from the same organization. Please bring a copy of your current President’s message if you have one.

Porque deve participar? | Why to attend?

If you only know kaizens by “events”. If you want to learn the most fundamental

concept, which was key in the birth of the Toyota Production System. If you want to change the behavior of your associates to raise their ownership and engagement. If you want to create a culture of Kaizen where everyone does kaizens everywhere everyday.
