EVALUATION
• Achievement: To meet basic needs of Internet access, data sharing, using simple software, reducing administrative

• Limitation: The elements of IT infrastructure are not fully invested in a synchronous and modern way.

• Limitation: The software development has not been approached holistically, logically in a long term.

• Achievement: The IT team is young, highly qualified and trained appropriate with the assigned tasks.
• Limitation: Lack of highly technical knowledge, skills of IT applications are simple and unqualified to audit in IT
